1-on-1 Personal Training with Chris Reyes
Looking for individualized, hands-on coaching?
Chris offers exclusive 1-on-1 personal training for clients located in New Jersey.
Training sessions take place at Powerhouse Gym in Old Bridge, where Chris coaches all of his in-person clients.
He also offers travel sessions and can come to your home or personal gym if you’re within a 12-mile radius. If you do not have equipment, Chris will provide everything needed for the workout (ideal for beginners and intermediate clients).
For clients outside of New Jersey, virtual training sessions are available via Zoom or FaceTime at scheduled appointment times.
Important Information
- Sessions do not expire. You may use them whenever you choose.
- Please provide at least 12 hours’ notice for cancellations.
- No-shows will count as a completed session.
